THE director of two computer software consultancies, which failed with total debts estimated at about £29,000, has given an undertaking not to hold directorships or take any part in company management for two-and-a-half years.

Paul Hudson Graham, 32, of Church Road, Backworth, Newcastle, gave the undertaking in respect of his conduct as a director of Viewcode Limited and Dataway Limited.

Both firms operated from Cooperative Terrace, West Allotments, Newcastle.

Viewcode Limited was placed into compulsory liquidation by order of Newcastle County Court on July 25 last year, with debts estimated at £18,002.

Dataway Limited was placed into compulsory liquidation by the same court on August 22, 2000, with debts thought to total £11,280.

The bulk of the money was unpaid taxes, owed to the Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise.
