Division One: Hartlepool FC 1, Richmond Town 2; The home side dominated the first half and deservedly took the lead in the 15th minute through Ian Davies.

In the second half the visitors broke clear ten minutes into the second half and Steve Hunter pulled it back to 1-1. Hartlepool continued to press forward and their cause was helped when David Hill of Richmond was sent off, but eight minutes later Richmond struck the winner when Adam Emson notched.

BEADS FC 5, Thornaby YC 3

Mark Dearlove gave BEADS a 25th minute lead when a Michael Crowe shot came back off the keeper. Chamberlin doubled the lead before half time when he headed home a corner. Ten minutes into the second half the Youth Club pulled it back to 2-1 when Chris Wrathmall headed home from a Marty Moore corner and on the hour the Youth Club pulled it back to 2-2 when a Gareth Waite shot was adjudged to have crossed the line. Five minute later BEADS took a 3-2 lead when Arron Ward scored his first of the season, Chamberlin then gave the home side a 4-2 lead and completed his hat trick in the 80th minute before Moore scored with three minutes remaining to make it a final score line of 5-3.

Bedale FC 0, Wolviston Res 0

Both sides pressed forward but neither side were able to take any of their chances and the match remained at goalless.

Carlin How 2, New Marske SC 0

New Marske went behind a minute before half time when Kris Kamara rounded a defender and crossed to the back post where Starsmore knocked home. In the second half the new look New Marske side pushed the home side back and kept Craig Tyreman in the home goal busy and they were rewarded when Phil Peggs was adjudged to have fouled Gary Bickerstaff in the penalty area, but from the resulting penalty kick Tyreman in the Carlin How goal saved Bickerstaff's spot kick with his legs, their was a bit of a fracas after this and Carlin How were reduced to ten men when Peter Winspear was sent off for using foul and offensive language. Ten minutes from time Glen Smith was brought down in the area and Graham Solomon scored to wrap up the points.

Grangetown BC 2, Fishburn Park 0

at half time the match remained goalless but in the second half the game swung end to end and with eight minutes remaining Stuart Padgett gave the Boys Club a slender 1-0 lead. Fishburn pressed forward looking for an equaliser but with two minutes remaining Darren Morrison scored to secure the win.

Mackinlay Park 2, Nunthorpe Ath 2

Mackinlay's Scott McGuinness opened the scoring but in the second half Nunthorpe pressed forward and on the hour Scot Robson made it 1-1 with his first of the season.

Five minutes later McGuinness gave the Redcar side a 2-1 lead but with seven minutes remaining Adam Noble struck to make it 2-2.

Stokesley SC 1, Thornaby FC 4

leaders Thornaby took the lead when a cross from the right was put away with a lob by Danny Jones. The home side fought back and equalised when Sam Vernalls was tripped in the penalty box and James Allsopp scored from the resulting spot-kick.

In the second half Stokesley were pressed back and Neil Preston gave the League leaders a 2-1 lead on the hour, four minutes later the made it 3-1 before substitute Dave Bullock, with his first touch of the ball, put the match beyond Stokesley.

Division Two

Bill. Wndrs 2, Darlington RA Res 0

the match was goalless at half time but in the second period Billingham dominated play and on the hour Dave Phillips gave the home side the lead.

In the 84th minute the Wanderers took a 2-0 lead when Paul Skipper fired home his first of the season to wrap up the points.

Darlington Alb. 3, Whinney Banks 0

Eleven minutes into the second half the hosts took control and Trenton Hewitt scored his sixth of the season. Kevin Baines added the second with Gary Mitchell making it 3-0.

Darlington SRM 1, Teesside Ath 3

the home side started the brightest and took the lead after 38 minutes through Terry Wardley but on the hour Teesside drew level, Chris Ellis scoring. The visitors then took charge and Mark Farrell and Michael Lyons added further goals.

Guisb Town Res 2, North Ormesby 0

In the second half substitute Alex Golding scored to give Guisborough a 1-0 lead in the 70th minute. The visitors then pressed forward but with seven minutes remaining John Bell broke clear to run on and give the home side all three points.

Dormans FC 5, Kings Head (Guisb) 3

Chris Fuller gave Dormans the lead, Paul Burns adding the second before Kings Head pulled it back to 2-1 just before half time. In the second half Fuller struck again to give Dormans a 3-1 lead and Kenny Matthews then looked to have put the game beyond the visitors when he made it 4-1. But the Guisborough side struck to make it 4-2. James McGowan then scored to make it 5-2 before the Kings Head made it a final score line of 5-3.
