Conductor John Mackenzie will lead a band of more than 50 musicians at the Darlington Clarinet Ensemble's Christmas concert.
Mr Mackenzie is head of the instrumental and vocal teaching faculty of the Tees Valley Music Service, a department of Stockton Borough Council.
The concert will be held at Darlington Arts Centre on Monday, at 7.30pm. Proceeds from the concert will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust.
