WORKERS whose jobs are to be moved to India were joining a choir today to sing protest Christmas carols.
Members of union Amicus will stage the unusual protest outside the London head office of insurer Aviva, which recently announced the outsourcing of 2,500 posts from the UK.
The union said it wanted to highlight research showing that most people were taking into account whether a company had switched jobs to countries such as India before they bought insurance or products.
