PANTOMIME star Lisa Riley turned ice queen last night to open a temporary attraction.
An outdoor ice rink has been installed in Darlington Market Place and will be there for nine weeks, carrying the seasonal fun through to February 20.
Former Emmerdale star Lisa, who is appearing as the ring mistress in the Civic Theatre pantomime Goldilocks and the Three Bears, declared the attraction open.
The rink will be open Mondays to Saturdays, from 10am to 8pm, and on Sundays, from 11.15am to 5.30pm. It will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
