FILLING in a council questionnaire has proved rewarding for Isabel French.
The council tenant, of Rowlands Gill, responded to a consultation by Gateshead Council before it set up an arms-length organisation to run its housing stock.
She was presented with shopping vouchers by staff at Highfield housing office.
The Gateshead Housing Company, in charge of all 24,000 council properties in the borough, is looking for people to make sure that the company provides information that is useful to residents.
Ken Childs, board chairman, said: "We want to set up a small group of tenants who can meet up to talk about the information we currently produce."
