ASPIRING disc jockeys can attend workshops starting tomorrow to learn how to mix, blend and scratch music.
Disc jockey K Delight, also known as Christian Kay, is holding six workshops at Haughton Youth Centre for young people in the Springfield, Whinfield and Haughton areas of Darlington.
The workshops will cover a variety of styles of music, including hip hop, house, rhythm and blues and monkey.
Youngsters will also be encouraged to get on the microphone to MC and sing.
The sessions will culminate in a battle of the DJs event in March.
The sessions will be held between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, with other youth club activities also available.
