STUDENTS at a Darlington school were given food for thought about their possible future careers during a visit from a theatre company.
Cragrats, one of the country's largest touring groups, performed for a group of year nine students at Hurworth Maths and Computing College.
The company has been asked by the Learning and Skills Council for Tees Valley to offer a career options tour to schools in the area.
The project is designed to inform young people about the options available to them, and show the benefits of career guidance.
The emphasis is on life-long learning and encouraging students to be pro-active about their future options.
The theatre company's performance was followed by a workshop in which students discussed career opportunities.
