A COMPANY specialising in polymer-based microengineering is one of the first in the area to take advantage of specialist ICT assistance allowing it to upgrade its website.
Epigem, based at Kirkleatham Business Park, in Redcar, east Cleveland, has accessed a grant through Business Link's UK Online, helping towards the cost of adding an interactive dimension to its website, used to highlight its products.
Neil Carter, Epigem director, said: "Once contact had been established with UK Online, organising the financial help was straightforward and the process of modifying the website moved forward remarkably quickly."
Epigem was formed in 1995 following a buyout from ICI Materials by a group of chemists, engineers and physicists.
