SERVING up roast dinner in a sandwich is a new venture in Darlington enticing people away from their regular lunchtime haunts.
Karen Price will set up her trailer on Monday for the second time in the town's Market Place, serving beef, pork and turkey, with sauce and gravy, in a bread roll.
Miss Price, from Richmond, North Yorkshire, said she set up her own mobile catering business, called The Roast Inn, believing there was a niche in the market for fancier sandwiches.
"I thought I could bring something different to Darlington and if things take off then I'll hopefully set up in other towns nearby," she said.
