RACEHORSE trainer Norman Mason's entertainment business will emerge from administration by the end of the month.
Grand National-winning trainer Mr Mason will regain control of his amusement arcades and pubs.
His eight bingo halls, and some amusement arcades, were sold to Top Ten Bingo last year in a £6m deal.
An agreement to pay the creditors in full was reached last month and the Mason Group will be handed back to the original management team.
There will be a court hearing later this month to formally discharge the Mason Group - which employs 400 - from administration.
Parts of the business were sold off to meet debts, reducing the size of the company by nearly half.
Mr Mason was the owner and trainer of Red Marauder, which won the Grand National in 2001.
He later donated the trophy to the City of Sunderland.
