THE Under-13s played the first round of the Durham Senior League Under-13 Cup on Thursday, May 6 at South Hetton.
South Hetton batted first and were all out for 60, L Robson top scoring for South Hetton with 25. Durham City bowler Casey Shogren bowled four overs and took eight wickets for nine runs and in them eight wickets he took four wickets in four balls. Durham won the match with Ben Bartlett for Durham City top scoring with 25 not out. Durham won by six wickets.
Langbaurgh League
All seven games in the Langbaurgh League were called off because grounds were unfit following heavy rain.
