SIX high flying Teesdale Scouts have completed all the requirements for a top Scouting award.
Friends and relatives are invited to an awards ceremony where the six members of the 1st Barnard Castle Scout Group, will be presented with their Chief Scout's Gold Awards.
The Reverend Alec Harding will present the awards to Robert Atkinson, Liam Coates, Josh Crawley, Christian Prior, Jordan Nicholson and Iain Thomson.
There will also be songs led by Ken Stannard, and a prize-giving for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, followed by a short annual meeting.
The event takes place on Wednesday, in the Scout hall, Wilson Street, Barnard Castle, at 7pm, and will finish at 8.30pm.
