Newton Aycliffe Youth Centre: The final two weeks of the season saw more success for the club. A cup final was first up for the Under-9s against Mount Pleasant and a very close game saw goals from Stuart Cameron, Reece Gowan and Ryan Coles matched by the opposition.

Extra time couldn't separate the teams and the game finished 3-3. Penalties were needed and it was extremely tense but the lads came out on top 4-3.

After the cup win the final league match had the boys in contention for the league championship with Hartlepool Eldon Lion as the opposition. The lads needed to win the game 6-0 to win the league on goal difference but goals from Ross Ketley (2) and Reece Gowan saw the game finish 3-0 and the boys finish runners up by just three goals.

After a very successful league campaign the Under-11s and Nunthorpe finished level on points in the Teesside Junior Alliance League. This league does not count goal difference and the play-off for the championship was arranged at a neutral ground in Redcar. An excellent game of football saw goals in each half for Adam Robinson and Ross Bennett, with solid defensive work from the whole team the lads ran out 2-0 winners and the league championship was secured.

With two away games left the Under-16s needed three points to secure the league runners up position. Away to TIBS gave the lads a hard fought 3-2 victory and this was followed up by a superb 6-1 victory away to William Newton to secure the runners-up trophy.

All of the club's other teams have performed very well and everyone involved with the club would like to congratulate all the boys for their effort and commitment this season.
