D-DAY veterans have gathered in York to mark the launch of a historical display.
The Regimental Museum of the Royal Dragoon Guards and The Prince of Wales's Own Regiment of Yorkshire, in Tower Street, York, is holding an exhibition charting the Normandy landings on June 6, 1944. It will run initially for a month.
