Thirsk Under-11s, in their first season in the Teesside Football Junior Alliance, ended the season as champions of Division Four with a presentation at the Tall Trees Hotel, Yarm.
After a shaky start to the season they went on a unbeaten run of 13 games, winning 12, scoring 83 goals and conceding just 12. This is a remarkable achievement for the boys who were playing their first season at 11-a-side.
Division Three awaits them next season and hopefully they can build on their success of this season.
