PRIZES ranging from a gourmet dinner for ten to a tour of Newcastle Airport are being auctioned tomorrow, at 7.30pm, to help children with diabetes.
A promises auction at Bishop Auckland Town Hall is raising money for Dr Bill Lamb's appeal to buy insulin pumps for the 65 young diabetics in his care.
The family of late artist John George Rogers, who frequently exhibited at the Laing Art Gallery, in Newcastle, has given five paintings of local scenes.
