Willington Market made a good victory at Crook Olde Horse Shoe to move into fourth in the First Division. The Shoe had singles wins from Wayne Tindale, Brian Johnson, Dave Walker and Stephen Craggs with Johnson and Craggs adding a doubles point.

The Market had two points each for Micky Toward, Dave Tobbell and Ian Moore, whilst Paul Briddick and Paul Lauder added one each with Moore and Tobbell adding a doubles point.

Crook Travellers Rest B lead the First Division by three points from Crook Coach and Horses B, who are four ahead of Crook Royal Sun and six ahead of Willington Market.

Crook Queen's Head B moved two points clear at the top of the Second Division after they beat their hosts at Howden Australian by four points. The Aussie had two points from Ray Newton and one each from Ian Williams and Steve Hall, with Wilf Bryan and Ray Newton adding a doubles. The Queen's had two points from Stephen Gibson and one each from Alan Saville, Dave Heslop, Richie Parker, Colin Cranston, Malcolm Gibson and Michael Sanderson with Gibson and Parker adding a doubles.

The Queen's Head B lead the Second Division by two points from Crook Golden Fleece, who are one ahead of Crook Jelly's Bar A and Crook White Swan B.
