Silksworth had 28 runs to spare when they met Langley Park at Washington. Batting first, the Wearsiders totalled 109 for the loss of just one wicket as Edward Wood ended undefeated with 36 after Craig Ritchie had scored 21.
When they went into bat Langley Park managed only 81 for five as Ryan Bainbridge took two wickets for 12 runs and James Rennock two for 11.
Silksworth will now play at Carlisle in the semi-final and hopefully the final of the North of England stage.
