MORE than £1,000 has been raised for breast cancer at a pink-themed ladies night.
The event, organised by All Saints and Salutation Ladies Night, Darlington, saw women dressed entirely in pink and sipping pink champagne to raise money for charity.
The group, which meets every month for organised trips and events, raised £1,030.
The money was shared equally between the local branch of Breast Cancer Care and the Breast Cancer Support Group in Darlington and Teesdale, at Darlington Memorial Hospital
