STAFF at a stately home spent Sunday morning collecting female underwear after a performance by "sex bomb" Tom Jones.
About 6,000 people attended a concert by the Welsh singer at Castle Howard, North Yorkshire, on Saturday.
Rachel Deighton, events manager at Castle Howard, said: "It was wonderful apart from the weather - the atmosphere was fantastic.
"He went through all his hits and our litter pickers found lots of ladies' undergarments that had been thrown at Tom, yesterday morning."
The next musical event at Castle Howard will be the Proms Spectacular on August 21.
