FAMILIES were given the chance to learn how to juggle and spin plates as part of a circus skills workshop yesterday. The event was held at Preston Park, Eaglescliffe, as part of a series of family days.
An Egyptian textiles and fashion illustration day will take place at the park on Thursday, from 1pm to 4pm.
To round off the summer series, people can also visit the Victorian street this weekend, between 10am and 3pm.
All the events are free, however, museum admission charges will apply at Preston Hall Museum.
