A COURTROOM drama with a difference will be played out in the region next month after a law firm teamed up with a drama group to provide an employer training programme.
North-East law firm Jacksons C&PL has joined Blink Drama to help employers understand new employment laws.
The drama group will perform role-plays covering disciplinary and grievance issues to give guidance on the new law on dispute resolution due to come into force next month.
Jacksons said that failure to handle the new procedures could effectively result in more and higher compensation payouts to employees than previously.
