THE creative talents of seven-year-old Kimberley Pearson have landed her two competition successes.
Kimberley, of South Pelaw, Chester-le-Street recently received £100-worth of clothing after winning a competition with a high street fashion store chain. But she has topped that by winning a helicopter ride along the County Durham coast from Seaham Hall Hotel, on Saturday.
The half-hour flight will end at Dalton Park retail park, at Murton, where she will be greeted by a sleigh pulled by a reindeer and taken to meet Santa Claus in his grotto.
Kimberley, a pupil at the Church of England Primary School in South Pelaw, won the ride in a drawing competition at the retail park.
