YOUNG footballers are hoping a new look will help them become the cream of the crop in Darlington.
Pupils from St John's Primary School have been kitted out in new strips, thanks to businessman Kelvin Lazenby.
Mr Lazenby, who has ice cream vans in the town, agreed to sponsor the strips and came to the school to present them.
Headteacher Christine Large said: "We are delighted to have these links with the local community."
