PAUL Hayler, one of the UK's leading international dressage riders, will be bringing four of his top horses to Northallerton Equestrian Centre for what should be a fascinating lecture demonstration on Friday, December 3.

Hayler currently competes in the UK and overseas with a string of nine talented horses and has topped the unofficial rankings as the most competent British dressage rider for the past two years.

His most recent success came as part of the winning team in the inaugural Jaguar Equestrian Dressage Special at the Horse of the Year Show in October.

The demonstration will focus on training horses from novice to Grand Prix level and will conclude with a mesmerising display of dressage to music featuring Hayler's most advanced Grand Prix horses.

The evening promises to be hugely entertaining for both the aspiring dressage competitor and the leisure rider.

The lecture starts at 7.30 and tickets can be purchased in advance at a cost of £12 (£15 on the door) direct from Northallerton Equestrian Centre. Refreshments will on sale from the caf.
