AN initiative is being launched in Hartlepool to reduce the number of stray dogs.
The Dogs Trust, RSPCA and Hartlepool Borough Council have joined forces to offer a free pet neutering service to people on the Central estate.
The area has been identified as having a problem with stray dogs.
