A HEALTH trust will unveil its smoking policy at a public board meeting on Friday.
Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale Primary Care Trust wants to reduce the risk of smoking-related diseases by eliminating passive smoking in its premises and actively encouraging staff and patients to give up.
Specific details will be discussed at the board meeting from 1.30pm at St Catherine's Hospice, Throxenby Lane, Scarborough.
