ARRIVA Vehicle Rental has appointed LIZ MAURITZON as general manager in preparation for a move to the company's new offices in Sunderland.
Ms Mauritzon has been a branch manager at Arriva's former premises for the past five years.
As part of her new role, she will manage a team of 20 staff.
Jonathan Barker, regional director of Arriva Vehicle Rental, said: "This role has been created to develop the business, particularly in the delivery of excellent customer service.
"With the opening of the site, Liz and her team now have the facilities to compliment their skills and dedication, which will allow them to set standards for customer satisfaction."
