BUSINESS accommodation provider Workspace Group was trumpeting its success yesterday as it announced profits of £6.5m.
Workspace, which provides five million sq ft of accommodation for more than 3,900 small and medium-sized businesses, mainly in the South-East, said it was delighted with its interim results.
Chief executive Harry Platt said: "We are confident we will see improving rental and capital values as demand for our space continues to improve."
