THE physiotherapy unit at the Friarage Hospital, in Northallerton, has received a early Christmas present in the form of a new cross trainer.
The £700 machine was donated by Mike Medley, of Physique Training Equipment, in Colne, Lancashire.
Mike donated it as a thank-you for the care his mother-in-law, Evelyn Stubbs, has received over the years at the Friarage, most recently for treatment in the spinal rehabilitation unit.
