A TEENAGER was fined yesterday for being abusive to police officers after a night out drinking in Darlington.
Officers were alerted to Henry Thompson, 19, of Falmer Road, Darlington, after he was seen on security cameras involved in a fight shortly after leaving the Escapade nightclub on December 19.
The town's magistrates' court heard how Thompson was stopped in North Lodge Park and became abusive.
Thompson, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and said he could not remember much of the night. He was fined £50, plus £20 costs.
