BIOFUELS Corporation plc has announced an addition to the board and management of the company.
SEAN SUTCLIFFE, executive vice-president and managing director for new businesses at BG Group plc has joined the Teesside company as chief executive.
John Nicholas, co-founder and current chief executive, will continue as a director in an executive role.
Mr Sutcliffe, 41, will take up the post next week.
Mr Nicholas said: "This is a great opportunity for the company, and for myself as executive director and shareholder, to profit by the skills of a recognised professional FTSE 100 executive with strong leadership skills and a history of success in the energy sector.
