A man needed hospital treatment after a fight outside Harry's Bar, in Catterick Garrison, in the early hours of yesterday.
Police officers were called after reports of a disturbance.
One man was arrested by officers for public order offences, then taken to the Friarage Hospital, in Northallerton, after he was found to have suffered minor head injuries.
