A CALL centre training programme boasting a 90 per cent success rate in finding permanent jobs for its trainees will hold an open day later this week.
The programme, run by Contact Centre Professional, has organised an open day to take place on Thursday at Bracken Hill Business Park, in Peterlee.
Tutor Mhari Breen said: "We work closely with all call centres in the area to ensure that our students have the skills that employers are looking for reer ."
Staff from Easington Action Team for Jobs will also be available to advise on moving into work.
Among those to have benefited from the programme is former machinist Helen Gwyn, who said: "I had very little confidence and felt I couldn't have applied for the job without the training."
