A MAN has appeared in court facing drugs charges.
Derrick Woods, 25, appeared before magistrates on Friday accused of two counts of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply and a similar charge relating to a class C drug.
Mr Woods, of Tynedale Street, Low Moorsley, near Houghton-le-Spring, Wearside, was remanded in custody until February 4.
