A STATUE of the Virgin Mary will be crowned with a wreath of lilacs and tulips at the start of a procession organised by the Middlesbrough branch of the Legion of Mary, on Sunday.
Worshippers will pray and sing hymns while walking around the Sacred Heart Church, in Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough. The event starts at 3pm.
