POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a teenager who has been missing from his home for several days.
Jamie Roy Marriott, 15, of Stooperdale Avenue, Darlington, was reported missing by his mother last Friday, but had not been seen for a couple of days before that.
He was spotted by police officers in Edinburgh Drive at about 6.30pm last Wednesday wearing a blue Reebok hooded top, dark-coloured tracksuit bottoms and a Burberry baseball cap.
Acting Sergeant Anne Wraith, of Darlington police, said: "We believe he is in the Darlington area.
"He might be staying with friends or acquaintances, but obviously his mother is anxious that he makes contact to establish that he is okay."
