THE cost of going to the gym in two North-East towns is among the cheapest in the country, research has shown.
Hartlepool (£2) and Stockton (£2.90) feature in a list of the cheapest gym sessions in the country.
The survey, by the Chartered Institute of Physiotherapists, has revealed that the average cost of a session in England and Wales is £4.22, but prices range from £1.90 to £7.30.
