CRIMEFIGHTERS are urging people to avoid becoming victims - by locking up their sheds.
The Safer Ryedale safety partnership wants people to take action before the annual summer burglary spree on outbuildings.
"It's that time of year when burglars target sheds, garages and farm buildings for anything they can steal," said PC Terry Triffitt.
