TRADERS in Richmond have donated so many prizes for the mayor's annual coffee morning that a second event will be held.
The first coffee morning, at Richmond Town Hall tomorrow, will be followed by another on July 30.
The Mayor, Councillor Stuart Parsons, said the deputy mayor, Councillor Sheila Blacklock, and a former mayoress, Christine Cooper, offered to ask local businesses for their support and the response had been overwhelmingly positive.
"Local businesses have again shown just how kind and supportive they can be, and, hopefully, the funds raised at the coffee mornings will do them proud," said Coun Parsons.
