GREEN fingered residents are invited to enter a town’s gardening competition.
Ferryhill Town Council is appealing for entrants to the front garden, back garden, back yard and commercial property categories for this year’s Ferryhill in Bloom Competition.
Judging is scheduled to take place in early July and winners will be officially announced at a ceremony at the Manor House.
The council thanks Thinford Nurseries for sponsoring the event.
Entry forms are available at the town hall and should be submitted to John Rogerson by Monday June 22.
