PLANS have been submitted for a multi-million pound project to replace and raze a dilapidated school building which was built in the Sixties. Sedgefield Community College will be rebuilt in the first phase of Durham County Council’s Building Schools for the Future programme.
The £400m project will see all of the county’s secondary schools rebuilt or refurbished over the next decade with Sedgefield considered a priority.
