ONE person was given oxygen and had to be treated for smoke inhilation after a fire broke out in the kitchen of a house in Oliver Street, Seaham, tonight.
Two fire crews - one from Seaham and one from Peterlee - were called to the blaze at 9.10pm.
Firefighters provided oxygen to one resident and an ambulance was called as a precaution.
