They young swimmers beat the second place team by 100 points after taking on clubs from Scarborough, Malton and Pickering.
The last event saw them compete in the League Championships held in Scarborough.
At the event Harry Laking, 11, of Thirsk, Amy, 14, and Mabel Ellerker, 12, of Ripon, all won gold medals.
In all the Thirsk team won seven gold, 15 silver and 14 bronze medals at the event.
Duncan Pears, team manager, said: "The team effort has been fantastic.
"Many of our older swimmers left for university this year, meaning some younger team members are facing tougher competition.
"But they've risen to the challenge magnificently."
