An American fast food chain is preparing to open in a North East shopping centre with details about an opening date to come very soon.
Wendy’s are set to open their new branch at Captain Cook Square (CCS) in Middlesbrough and said an opening date will be revealed soon.
A spokesperson for the shopping centre said the restaurant is “putting the finishing touches” on its location.
They added special opening offers will be announced soon.
A spokesperson for CCS said: “Wendy's is busy putting the finishing touches to its brand-new restaurant right here at CCSQ.
“Opening date and special opening offers will be revealed here very soon.”
Signs for the store have since gone up as the fast food retailer prepares to open to the public.

In a post online, one said: “We need to try this.”
