A further two people have been arrested in connection with large scale disorder in Seaham at the weekend.
Two men, aged 31 and 32, were arrested late last night (Sunday, April 28) on suspicion of criminal damage and public order offences.
They are currently in custody being questioned in relation to trouble in Seaham that led to cars being driven around the Malvern area and set on fire on Saturday evening.

It brings the total number of arrests to five.
Police have previously said they have arrested two men and a woman in connection with the incident.
A spokeswoman for Durham Constabulary said: “Enquiries remain ongoing.”
