One person has been taken to hospital following a crash on a North East road last night.
North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) confirmed they were called to reports of a multi-vehicle crash on Yarm Road in Stockton at 11:46pm on Saturday (April 27).
The ambulance service confirmed they deployed an emergency ambulance and a medicar to the scene.
Three people were assessed at the scene and one was taken to hospital.
A NEAS spokesperson said, "We received a call at 23.46 on Saturday (27 April) to reports of a multi-vehicle road traffic collision.

“We dispatched an emergency ambulance and the medicar.
“Three patients were assessed at the scene and one was taken to North Tees hospital for further treatment."
Cleveland Police have been contacted for more information on the incident.
