A County Durham parking space has appeared online for £25,000 - offering someone the chance to own a parking spot in a "desirable area".
Appearing on Rightmove earlier this week, the parking spot, which is located at St Helen House in Durham City - is on there for a price of £25k.
Despite, at first glance believing the house is up for sale or auction, it's only for the parking space - with the listing mentioning how much of an "ideal opportunity" this is.
While the parking spot is near Silver Street in the heart of Durham City, a glance on-site 'Your Parking Space', similar parking areas can be found in Durham City for £100 per month.

"Leasehold - 150 years less a day from 2005. Service charge approx £269.04 per quarter."
Alongside the listing, it mentions that there are 133 years left of the parking space lease.
