In the short hearings, John Heath, senior coroner for North Yorkshire, set out basic details of the tragic incident on September 3, as well as confirming that she was a resident of Ripon.
Mr Heath noted in the provisional cause of death that the 15-year-old died of multiple injuries, including blunt force trauma as a result of the collision, as she was a front-seat passenger in the car.
The inquest was adjourned to a date that is yet to be fixed.
In the month since the crash, tributes have been coming in from the Ripon community for the Bartienieva family, with a floral tribute left at the scene of the collision on the A61, while Holy Trinity Church in the city dedicated a space for people to light a candle and pay their respects shortly after the incident.
A fundraiser was also set up, which raised close to £50,000 for the only surviving child from the family, who didn't travel in the family's car on the day of the fatal collision.
